Great car and amazing people to work with! 🙌 Drop-off and pickup were super easy with the lockbox, and they were always quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Couldn’t have been easier! Definitely recommend them! ⭐️⭐⭐⭐⭐

The car was ok, little rough transmission but handled ok for what I needed. Pick up and communication from host was poor, they use cookie cutter automated response and follow up questions are answered. The pick up location instructions could be better especially if you Uber to the site as the address provided is to the front lobby of the Red lion hotel. They did provide complimentary hydration which was welcomed but beyond that, I wouldn’t recommend them as a host as I felt if I needed something beyond their automated cookie cutter response, I would be Outta luck. I wouldn’t recommend them, I would say find a better host with better communication.

Pickup from the airport could have been better. Had an issue with the parking ticket they left me having been used to leave the airport before I even picked up the car. I ended up having to pay the fee for a lost ticket. I was refunded the difference thankfully, but was definitely not a smooth process picking up the car as a first time user.
