My experience went terribly overall. The car came with a lot of scratches and dents that wasn’t on the picture. The car wasn’t available until 35 mins after my scheduled pick up and had me and my girlfriend walking through the parking lot. The host was also very confrontational.

BUYER BEWARE!!
This car is not what is pictured and there are known issues with the blinker and headlight. There is body damage around the car, the Flo Lowe on drivers side doesn’t work, and be prepared to pay an additional $30 for parking to pick up the car! That isn’t in the listing. Also, after my initial inquiry of the blinker the host stopped answering my calls and messages.

We’d like to clarify these claims. Pickup parking ($10/hour) was communicated through Turo messages after booking; guests cover pickup parking, while we cover return parking. We asked for photos of the reported headlight/blinker issue and offered to replace any faulty bulb immediately. The guest’s submitted photos showed both lights working. Their call was around 7 AM, outside our business hours. The vehicle provided is the same one pictured in our listing.
