We had multiple issues trying to contact this host during the duration of our reservation, he/she was completely unresponsive. During check in, the vehicle was 6hrs late because it needed an oil change. why is the car getting work done the same day of the reservation?? We had to pay money for an uber to leave the airport when we already made prior arrangements. It seems like there’s multiple people running this hosts account because I spoke to someone that said the would extend my reservation because the car was so late, then when I tried to confirm again, someone else told me no. it had to be returned @ 10am. Overall beautiful car, but I can’t ignore the egregious service I experienced during my stay in Orlando, I cannot recommend this host to anyone, please avoid.
A $100 discount was given, along with 6 extra hours with the car. Everything was explained transparently, including the oil change, and the agreement was accepted by you. That is why your attitude afterward was extremely dishonest and unfair. Unfortunately, not everyone values honesty and professionalism.

There were multiple instances where the car’s battery died. At one point I was left stranded for a few hours at night.

The host reported issues with car after pickup. Check engine light and TPMS sensor faulty with an engine exhaust sensor also.
Took 30 minutes for host to let us know where parking ticket was, as instructions stated but it was parking by plate.
Communication during rental was very spotty.
Car ended up getting towed final day as battery was dead. No lights left on overnight, unknown reason.

This car was stunning to look at and a joy to drive! I’ll definitely rent it again.
