Everything went great. Easy to access. Good communication. The car is old but did the job with no complaints. It’s not pristine condition but only because of age and normal wear and tear. Overall experience was good.

Got pulled over cause a Brake light was out. It Also felt/sounded like the brakes needed to be serviced asap. Besides that, The car wasn’t horrible, but I wouldn’t take it on a long trip or drive it in the rain.

Thank you for the feedback. The brake light was newly replaced and tested working—which the guest also noted was checked and working at the start. The brakes felt fine prior to the trip, but we are thoroughly inspecting them to ensure everything is in top shape. Thanks for renting with R&T!
