Engine light come on, running rough. Never got started on my trip only went 30 miles.
The engine light was not on. We have picture proof of that. Also the car does not run rough at all. We drove the car for weeks before it went out and there was no issues. It seems like this guest really just wanted the car for a shorter period of time than originally booked. Which is okay. However false claims are not okay.
