The car acts like transmission issues are present, I rented the car when my car was in the shop. The front right passenger tire was very bald, nearly showing wire often I could smell burning rudder. I had my child in the vehicle and I didn’t feel like it was safe, I brought it to the host attention and I feel as tho nothing was done to make my experience or trip better. I would recommend going to a more reliable car rental place.

I was trying to get the guest swapped to a different car due to the booked car being on a trip. However, the guest never responded and the car I was offering got booked.
