There were problems during my rental period and Shawn was excellent in helping me with them. The convertible top didn't work and he spent an hour trying to address it without success so I simply enioyed my weekend with the top up. On the freeway, a trailer blew a tire in front of me, then later a raccoon ran out in front of me on a 55-mph road. The brakes on this car are amazing! The bumper cover was damaged but I was still able to slow down safely enough for the raccoon to get up and run off! I never felt like anyone other than myself was judging me for the mishaps and dealing with the damage was stress-free and completely upfront. I will gladly do business with Shawn again!
