the car was good, great on gas as well, the host was cool too, the only downfall was the usb didn’t work but if I have a car charger u r good

i wish i could give a one star review. upon booking my trip, after i was already en route to pick up the vehicle i originally requested, the renter informed me that the one i wanted would not be available and gave me the option to use this fiesta instead. i think this is a scam. this car has failing suspension, and no one should be driving this car, but i was forced to because i had no other choice due to not having my own transportation due to an accident. it shakes and rolls at high speeds, and you won’t know until you get on the freeway. someone who isn’t knowledgeable about cars could get severely injured or maybe even die. this user be banned from renting on turo bc several other people have also mentioned this on the reviews, and it seems this person has no intent on fixing the issue. no one should be paying full price for this. this is ridiculous.

I knew this rental would be bad the second I saw the car

First off, this car was not my choice, the one I made a reservation for became unavailable after my booking so I was given this one.
A hub cap was missing, this car is so low it bottomed out everytime I went in or out of a parking lot, the smell from the air freshener was bad, the icons on remote were half gone so everytime I tried to lock the car, the car alarm would go off. This car should not be fit for
rental TURO. I paid 200. plus for this piece of junk, I needed a car so it wasn’t worth my time to get another one because I was already on vacation and had things to do, I just dealt with it.

Car quality was OK. It was clean but I was disappointed that it needed new shocks and struts. The wheels scraped every time there was a hump in the road. It also only had half a tank of gas at pick up which was inconvenient. Otherwise, it was a good experience.
