Thanks for the help and ease of pick up / drop off. Reliable car.

Pick up was easy and communication was fine. The inside of the car pretty clean but all the windows were filthy. Fingerprints everywhere. The outside of the car was filthy and could tell it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. The car was 2000 miles past the oil change listed on the window sticker. The AC works but the inner circulation kept kicking off and the cabin would get warm. AC needs to be serviced.

The pickup location and communication from the host were good. Clear direction for how to get into the car. It was not clear to me that I would need to pay for the parking when exiting the parking garage (not a huge deal.. it was $16 but it would have been nice to know beforehand.)
The car itself needs a lot of work. It got us where we needed to go but there were a couple of rods we turned around on because we weren’t confident the car would be able to handle it. There were a few small cracks in the windshield, the driver side tire feels like it’s loose and shakes at certain points in turns. The wheels are also not aligned straight and we had to drive with the steering wheel slightly tilted to the left the whole time.
Overall, we thank the host for having this vehicle available but would probably not trust to rent this car again.
