The car was perfect, location very convenient and the host was super accommodating.

Terrible experience.
-Car was late.
-trunk would not open, and he tried to blame the previous customer for breaking it, yet he had detailed instructions with pictures on how to get to the trunk from the inside of the car at the ready.
-check engine light was on.
-Tire pressure for tires were off.
-Bao refused to make any kind of concession or partial recompense.
-had the nerve to ask for a 5 star review in return for a 15% discount.
I have evidence of all this and have taken ample pictures.

The pickup location was great (I paid $37 for parking). The car worked well for my needs, although I couldn’t get the trunk to open. Bao’s instructions were very clear and his communication was timely and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from him again.
