I never picked up the car but was still charged this is absolutely ridiculous I tried to cancel trip through the host he wouldn't do it I tried to cancel that trip through the app couldn't find the option

Has a little maintenance issue and the gar takes a lot gas

My host was great. I didn’t give 5 stars because I had issues with the actual car. It needed maintenance and I had to return it halfway thru my trip. Turo was great. They credited my account/profile in order to find another car.

My second time renting from Scott and it’s been great!! He was very accommodating to the extensions that I needed and all around a great experience. I absolutely loved the Volvo. Has been my favorite Turo rental so far :)
