I had a great experience renting this car through Turo. The vehicle was clean, well maintained, and in excellent condition exactly as described. The host was amazing, very kind, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire trip. Pickup and drop-off were smooth and hassle-free, which made the experience even better. I truly appreciated how accommodating and professional the host was. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely rent from them again. I highly recommend this car and host to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and an stress-free rental experience!

Pick up was easy with the lockbox. I was able to pick up the car at the airport parking lot and had a shuttle take me to it. Know how to take disengage a manual emergency brake lever. It took me a little getting used to reversing, accelerating, and the brakes. But once you get the hang of it, it’s really easy to drive. It was great on gas as well. I purchased the insurance that covered locked keys and I ended up unfortunately locking the key inside. It took a while to get help because of my time and location but Turo customer service was concerned for my safety and offered Uber vouchers due to my situation and location conditions. It was my first time renting through Turo and I’m glad to have rented through Alan. Thank you for the water, the cash for the parking (as a just in case), for staying updated with me throughout my trip, and for a nice experience! :-)

The car was clean and as pictured. Alan was very kind and super responsive/helpful. He left water bottles in a cooler too, so that was nice to have after a flight!
