Pick up and drop off was very easy! The car ran great and was very clean. Von and Andrea were very accommodating especially with it being a last minute booking 5 hours before scheduled pick up time. Thank you!

The car was great--new and clean and easy to drive. The host was very helpful and responsive. Everything was very good! One thought I had was that the 2025 Toyotas don't seem to have cigarette lighter connections anymore so I wasn't able to charge my cellphone. I maybe be out of date with my charger (the 2024 Toyota model I got through Turo in the summer had the cigarette lighter connection though) but perhaps a USB equivalent could be provided? Just a thought.
