Overall, a great experience. The car was clean and ran very smoothly, and the host clearly did their best to provide good service—I really appreciated that.
There was a delay at pickup (I had reserved for 8:00 AM but didn’t receive the car until around 9:30 AM due to technical issues). I understand that things happen, but unfortunately this did cause me to arrive late to a funeral I was traveling to attend, so the timing was important.
The only minor downside was that when using the A/C, there was a noticeable cigarette smell, likely from a previous renter.
Despite those issues, I could tell the host made an effort and I would still rate this experience 5 stars. Thank you for your effort and service.
