Very difficult to open lock in the heat and I parked car 1:55pm
I prefer something more Senior friendly.
This car the seating was too low for me. I’m a very small lady.
Prior to reserving guests can note that the car will be on a lockbox. Detailed instructions are provided and 99.9% of guests have no issues accessing the car. Despite being told in advance that access to the Turo app would be required to access the car, the guest arrived with no access to her account which necessitated contact with Turo and tech support in order to gain account access- unfortunately hosts are unable to provide passwords or account resets.

This was my first time using Turo Very nice car . Ran very good on the highway great on gas extremely clean and comfortable everything top notch . The host were very friendly and had great communication. Will definitely use them again .
