My experience was not good as the car had mechanical issues 5 days into my 12 day trip and had to be towed back to the owner. I did get a partial refund but I was disappointed as I had to scramble to obtain another rental at a pricer last minute rate. This put a damper on my trip and experience. I will not be using Turo again and will stick to the general rental agencies that carry newer dependable vehicles.
Tried helping the guest by allowing her to leave the vehicle while I took care of the towing but she was still not happy. I understand that she was upset but also wish she would have noticed that bit of effort from my side. I could have left her to deal with the whole situation herself while she waited for a tow truck for a couple hours but instead I drove to her, she left, I waited for the tow truck myself, the least I can do to. I wish this never happened, my apologies to the Guest.

The car was great. Nice riding and clean. The host was very nice.
Guest chose Home Pick—Up but mentioned she made a mistake an actually wanted an Airport drop off But she didn’t want to pay the Extra delivery and assumed I was going to pay for her Uber to get to my home location 🙈🤷🏽♂️

I would HIGHLY recommend Isaac for any trip. He accommodates any change you might have with ease. Definitely a 10/10 host!
