Youssef was the best host, extremely punctual and the car was extremely clean! Will be our preferred host next time we fly in to Newark!

Car was as expected from pictures, host was a little late for initial pickup. Did not recieve a message about the ez pass payments until the trip was almost over, so that was a little frustrating.

You can find a message in guest instruction when you book the car to let you know that you have easy Pass in the car and you must pay the cost for your tolls and I tried to contact you before you receive to let me know when you arrive and you never answer that’s why I come later because you don’t tell me any information about your trip before you start your trip 12 hour I will submit the photo from screenshot from our guest welcome
