The car is a perfectly good car, except it overwhelmingly smells like cigarette or cigar smoke, even though it is listed as a non-smoking vehicle. There were also two air fresheners in the car upon me, picking up the car which led me to believe that the owners knew this is an issue. I tried to air it out the entire time I had it, but to no avail. But as far as the car functioning and drop off and pick up, there were no issues.

Unfortunately Turo allows the smoking nonsense and doesn’t hold guest accountable and the host has to suffer.
Excellent experience from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. Sherika was professional, friendly, and made the rental process quick and easy. Pickup and return were hassle-free, and the pricing was fair with no surprises. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable car rental.
