Host was very nice and quick to respond. Car was clean, smelled nice, and drove great. Picked up the car at JFK. Host met me at arrivals and again at departures. There was a bit of a delay with l picking up the car. Would not recommend to pickup the car at JFK like we did - i think the host lives very far away - would recommend the other options
