Wish I could do no stars I had to be at work he had advised me he usually isnt available mornings on previous day extension I had to be at work on my last day with the vehicle I was planning on extending the vehicle seeing how the host had sent me messages early that morning saying vehicle was available so I was going to extend it just slipt my mind cause i was running late for work once at work Im allowed quick phone calls but cant use my phone for anything else I received several calls from host immediately at 2 return time I answered on the first attempted call he made which i informed him of the situation i apologized that it slipped my mind and was trying to extend he said he cant extend no more i told that i was willing to pay the late fees or charges for late return i apologized again cause i couldnt leave work and we finished the call the whole time left at work followed by the host continuously remote triggering the panic alarm on his vehicle he did it over and over again he nearly drained the battery the car almost didnt start when i got off work nd into it i live in stockton ca but work in lodi ca the car needs to return to tracy ca so it took me a while to drive home clean up and vacumm car plus get my things out panic alarm still being triggered in-between so I skipt the car wash trying to get to the host faster in doing so there was a small scratch on the rim which im sure he would not have noticed nor cared if i had washed it but since it was some dust on the rims nd tire it made the scratch look more than it is he took that to immediately report dame to turo nd demand i pay him for that he is out of place and I understand i was late understand where i messed up but i agreed to pay for late fees or another days charge no problem mind u car had no gas upon pick up i returned it with more than half a tank but this guy was claiming tire damaged rim damage then in his remort he said i was in a collision on may 10 2023 i dont know where the hell he came up with that but he made a whole report with just completly wrong and false information I never had any issue with the car beside the small scratch on the rim from slighly touching the sidewalk as i was parking it a few days before this guy is unreasonable
