Not happy with this car. I did not feel safe while driving. The tires were bald and the sensor kept coming on saying the front tire needed air. The thermostat always was above 80 like the car was about to over heat. Worst Turo car that I ever had.

You had the vehicle for NINE days and never contacted us about ANY concerns with the sensors, tires, or engine temp. The car was delivered spotless, tires have full tread and the vehicle has completed 29 successful trips with great reviews. Mercedes vehicles normally operate above 80°C. You requested a refund 3hr prior to the return and without previously reporting ANY issues or giving us the opportunity to address them. Any genuine issue should have been reported promptly for inspection. .
