easy pick up and drop off, vehicle had some body damage that wasn’t apparent on the photos but other than that would definitely book again!

Hi, I sincerely apologize for the condition of the car. During the previous trip, the guest had an accident, and I didn’t have enough time to get it repaired before your booking. My only options were to stop the car for repairs or cancel your trip, and I wanted to avoid canceling on you. I truly apologize for the inconvenience, and please know the car will be repaired as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
