Matthew was a great host. The car was beautiful, clean, and drove super smooth for a long road trip from NJ to NC and back. Pickup and drop off were seamless, and he responded quickly every time I messaged him, no matter the time of day or night.
The only issue was that FSD was listed but disabled right before my trip because a previous renter misused it, and that wasn't communicated to me before pickup. Once I brought it up, Matthew was very kind and understanding and worked with me to make it right. I really appreciated how he handled it. Professional and empathetic.
Overall a great experience and I'd definitely recommend renting from him.
