the cars screen didn't work properly and I could not charge my phone for some reason

The car I received clearly needed the brakes to be replaced. I was told on day one it was because of the rain, even after the rain stopped the brakes sounded terrible. Company offered a $50 credit when asked for refund, cited the reason that they weren’t making enough money on the transaction to offer a higher refund. 0/10 would rent again.
