Andrew was timely and professional! I would recommend to anyone looking to rent! He makes the process understandable and professional. He has multiple vehicles to choose from so you know you can trust his ethics. Car was clean and had no electrical or mechanical errors. Rated 10 out of 10! Had constant communication and practiced true professionalism the whole time.

The car was NOT cleaned out when I picked it up there was shoes clothes and other things in this car like it hadn’t been cleaned before I got it

Customer completely trashed and smoked out my vehicle, I do not appreciate anybody doing this and she was fine nearly $200 by Turo as I provided evidence to support the behavior in this vehicle. She has now been banned from renting after threatening me. I do not allow customers to trash and smoke out vehicles, some people cannot tolerate smoke smells and do not want their kids in it so I do my best to make sure every car smells clean.
