The vehicle was cleaned and inspected prior to your trip. We appreciate your feedback and will make sure the glove box is checked as part of our inspection process going forward.

Thank you for your feedback. When the vehicle was returned, we noticed the A/C button was off—the green indicator light was not illuminated. Once we turned the A/C button on, the system was tested and was blowing cold air and working properly with no issues. We’re glad you found the vehicle clean and appreciate your business.
The car was very comfortable & drove smoothly. Ran great on the dxpressway for ling trip & got excellentgasmileage. Pickup & drop off were simple & hosts accommodated my early return.
