Horrible! Car was filthy on the inside and out! Owner called me 30 minutes before pickup to inform me that car was not full of gas and that engine light was on because the car is faulty! Then called to harass over an hour earlier before I had to return car, I called back to ask how to open gas tank because the button to do so is broken and they told me to pry it open with my finger nails, when I expressed concern they hung up in my face and told me they would let Turo deal with it! I made sure the gas was replaced although they gave me the car not on full but very unprofessional! Pictures are definitely the old or fake, car is disgusting on the inside, the cream color is pretty much brown with all the dirt on it and they didn’t even attempt to clean it thoroughly

If these claims reflected the actual condition of the car, they would appear in previous reviews as well, which they do not. The vehicle was provided with half a tank, guests required to return it at the same level. Our call before drop-off was only to coordinate return time. The guest was also disrespectful and yelling at our team member during the interaction.
