Car was in ok shape but did well

Good value, great communicator, organized process. The car was older, but the Price took in that into account and I knew what I was getting. When I had some questions early on the communication couldn’t have been more prompt or accommodating. Pick up and drop off was easy, well thought out, and well organized. Highly recommend.

The car was noisy rattle a lot, and the AC didn’t really work well didn’t notice these things until we got up to speed on the freeway and we were already on our trip. It is worn out and feels like it has not been well maintained. I would spend extra and get something nicer

We are always open to feedback. This low priced, economy vehicle is 14 years old and still runs well. We evaluate all older cars frequently but it sounds you were expecting something newer and modern. I would suggest booking 2020 vehicles and newer.
