The car was nice, self-driving features were a little difficult to get used to, but it all worked out great. Host was great at communicating!

The car had low tire pressure when I picked it up, and I had to spend my own money to inflate the tires. I also needed a two-hour extension, but the quoted price was the same as a full extra day. The host told me he had changed the extension price to $69 and sent me a screenshot, but the price never updated on my end. He then told me to contact Turo support. When I called, support told me the price had not been changed and the original rate still applied. This was frustrating and made the rental experience disappointing.

Fernando, I’m sorry you had such a poor experience - I would have been happy to reimburse you for tire filling costs if you had communicated the issue to me or sent me a receipt. As for the trip extension, this is more of a poor reflection on the Turo platform than of me as a host. I did all that I could on my end to allow for flexibility, so it’s unfair that such a poor rating should affect my future business.
Keep in mind that hosts do not run the Turo platform, we are just bound by its rules
