I’m sorry you feel this way. We agreed that you would pick up the vehicle later than scheduled due to a medical emergency. The vehicle was checked in, prepared, and ready, but you did not arrive. In hindsight, I should have documented the trip as a no-show. Since the vehicle was never picked up and the trip did not occur, I respectfully ask that the circumstances be considered when evaluating the review.
I had an amazing Turo experience from start to finish! The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and drove perfectly. The host was friendly, attentive, and very easy to communicate with. Everything went smoothly, and the entire trip was stress-free. I truly loved everything about the vehicle and the experience. I would definitely rent from this host again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great Turo experience! Thank you so much.
