Car was great on gas. The pick up and drop off process was easy. Convenient to locate and return at cvg

The instructions for pick up and drop off were detailed but ultimately clear. I did need one point of clarification, and I received it quickly re: where exactly to leave the key. The description makes clear that this is a 2019 car, and that age shows a bit in the wear on the seats, the high mileage, and a few dings on the exterior. I took a lot of pictures at pick up, just in case, but there were no issues - they clearly know their own car. That said, that's what this service is great for - working with real people, borrowing cars that aren't from giant rentals, and having the price reflect that. This car was priced fairly, ran well, and got my son and I to the concert of our dreams. Recommended all around.

This was the first time I used turo. It was a very easy process. They had the car waiting in the garage for me when I arrived and that made things very easy. I was very pleased with the card. And would recommend them to everyone.
