Great little car that got me around town while my car was being repaired. Host was very accommodating too! I rented it out on short notice and returned it earlier than I expected. I’ll definitely rent a car from them in the future!

The user app is very convoluted and non-user friendly. e.g.: I snapped a picture of my license 9 different times because it never went through any of thebprior times. The check-in and checkout processes do not work as expected. At check-in the car had to be swapped and by the time the message came through, we had already been searching for the car about an hour. Another hour was wasted because we were given the wrong lockbox code. At checkout, I had to do multiple times because I found out when I checked out an hour before the car was due back it did not go through even though I did the checkout and left a text message with all the details. I found out because I received a text alerting me the car was overdue. When I went into the app I saw the checkout was still pending. Very unfriendly system which needs a lot of uogrades.

Car drove like brand new car and mileage was incredible.

Needed this car to take me to point a to point B and it was a perfect little car to do that. No complaints. It was easy to find the car. Great host!
