Host was very responsive

Had to switch cars upon pickup and there was no windshield wiper fluid for the windshield. For paying $9 close to $200, the scratches and as the owner informed me of the stains in the car, just didn’t feel like it was worth the $200, more so like $140
We went above and beyond for this guest…
We went out of our way to accommodate the guest at 6am when we had every right to cancel the trip without penalty due to circumstances not in our control.
We upgraded the guest for free into a newer, nicer, and bigger car.
Had he notified us about the washer fluid issue, we would have offered to run some out to him immediately - he failed to do so.
The scratches are extremely minor and are very standard on an 13 year old rental car.

This is true, unfortunately.
We notified the guest of this issue before the trip started.
We do our absolute best to ensure the cleanliness of all our vehicles, but unfortunately some very minor seat stains are present on this car due to the tan interior.
