The car owner was great but the location was not as advertised. It was not on site
Ma’am for the 14th time i did not advertise anything my drop of location and pick up location ARE THE SAME , i explained to you multiple times that whatever was ‘ advertised ‘ by turo not by me as i have ZERO control on what the app tells you , i am not the app developer , i am just a host that rents cars , i told you CLEARLY i have nothing to do with what turo advertised and advised you to simply call turo and seek clarification you still decided to penalize me and the car , so i thank you
