Car rental was smooth and easy. Tires were low which only caused minor hiccups as we had to stop to refill them twice. We were only renting to get to and from the airport so that wasn't a huge issue and I am sure if it was an issue Francesco would have handled it

Host was great, responded courteously and promptly to any questions, etc. The air conditioning in the car didn’t work great, maybe needs to be recharged? Would def book with this host again:)

Car was not in condition to be rented. Sat there for an hour and a half just to leave in an uber. Been going back and forth with customer service to close out the trip and request refunds.
