Unfortunately, my experience was very stressful and disappointing. I rented a 2026 Volkswagen Atlas, but the battery died during my trip. I had to drive the vehicle from Orlando back to Tampa to get another rental car, a Toyota Camry. My trip was then canceled, which completely disrupted my vacation and caused a great deal of stress for me and my family.
I understand that unexpected issues can happen, but this situation significantly affected our vacation and caused us to spend valuable time dealing with transportation problems instead of enjoying our trip. Given the disruption and additional travel inconvenience, Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. I won’t Rent from them again, also made me call for his car to be looked at when it was his battery and I had to pay the 106 dollars he didn’t try to reimburse me or anything for it..
