Great car would rent again when I come back

Great experience overall. The vehicle was excellent, clean, and drove great throughout the trip. There was one unexpected issue when I picked it up, but what really stood out was how it was handled. Communication was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, understanding, and worked with me to find a fair solution instead of getting defensive. That level of professionalism and customer service says a lot. I would definitely rent from them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Great experience. Pickup was easy from Tampa International Airport. Unlocked car with Tesla App. Car was clean and performed perfectly. This was my first time renting and driving a Tesla and the entire experience was incredible. Very happy with the car and easy pickup and drop-off.
