I would give 4.5 stars if I could. Price was good and pick up location was convenient and instructions were pretty clear. I did have to back out around another car that was parked behind mine which was a bit frustrating. The highest a/c setting didn't work and the tire pressure and air bag light came on during our trip. The outside is also a bit more beat than in the picture and the inside of the call had a smoke smell to it. But overall it worked for us and it had no driving issues.

Thank you for your feedback. The airbag light was not on at pickup, and tire pressure can fluctuate during a trip. I take mechanical concerns seriously and would have appreciated the chance to address them if notified. I apologize for the parking inconvenience. Since no questions were asked during the trip, I wasn't aware assistance was needed. I appreciate your feedback and will continue improving the guest experience.
