The car quality was horrible. The car needs an alignment and new windshield wiper blades. It rained most of the time that I had the car and I couldn't even go to the store due to the windshield wipers falling apart. When I searched for a car, I searched for cars that provided airport pickup. After booking the car, it showed that I had to pick up from the owner's home which was 30 minutes away from the airport. I wouldn't say it was their fault but what was upsetting was that I had to pay to change it to airport pickup after the owner agreed to it for my original pick up time of 11:30 am. After I paid for this change, the owner tried telling me that they couldn't get to the airport until 1 or 2 pm due to the last minute change that they agreed to. I only made the change because they agreed to it and instructed me on how to change it. I told them that my son is a cancer patient and we had an appointment to get to prior to getting to this point so I asked them to cancel because that time was not going to work for me. They called Turo who called me saying that the owner said they would be there by 12. However, they messaged me with times of between 1 and 2 after that call. Then, I sat in the airport until 12:30 pm before I called Turo because the drop-off info was not showing in the app. Mind you, I messaged the owner first to ask for the info and they said the info was in the app. I explained to them that the app was not showing or updated and it showed on my end that it was waiting for the owner to update. They never replied. Anyway, I called Turo who could not see any information either so they called the owner. Well it was a guy on the call who told me where to find the car. The app updated after the call was made. Anyway, it was stressful and the car was not usable as I was not about to buy new wiper blades for a car I spent almost $600 to drive for 4 days. Horrible.
