Car was immaculate had no problems at all runs great. I only needed it to go back-and-forth to work cause I didn’t have a ride. My car broke down for the week so I didn’t really use it that much because I live close to my work but love the car. I will also rent again from Alex. He was great no problems.

The car is in perfect condition and runs fine. No issues there. I had an issue with pickup, the owner was supposed to leave the doors unlocked with the key in a lockbox inside the vehicle.
When I went to pick up the car all the doors were locked. I called the owner and he said he was ten minutes away. A few calls back and forth, over 20 minutes later he showed up. He didn’t even meet with me. In fact, he did his best to avoid meeting me.
Drove by slowly, pressed unlock from the car he was driving, drove to the other side of the parking lot, parked, then called me. I was very understanding until that point. The cherry on top of the sundae? It was raining the entire time this was happening.
This was the most disorganized pick up I’ve experienced while using Turo. I won’t recommend or rebook this owner/vehicle. I understand things happened but the owner handled this the exact wrong way.
