Was given a car with a bad tire it ended up going completely flat then host didnt text me back until the next day about next steps and still wasn’t much help after. By far my worst experience with turo. Would not recommend.

Thanks for booking with us Alex! As you can verify in our trip messages, our response was timely and we stayed in constant communication throughout the matter. It is unfortunate that you got a nail in the tire which caused the flat and then continued to drive a long distance, but glad we were able to get it returned and replaced. In the future, we recommend notifying hosts of issues like this when they happen immediately as opposed to a day later so that they can be resolved efficiently!

The car itself was very nice, but it smelled strongly of marijuana. I messaged the host right when I opened the door for the first time, it took them hours to respond and they said they were sorry and tried their best to get rid of odors, they were sorry if it wasn’t gone. The car smelled the whole trip, never got better, it needs professional deep cleaning.
