Car not the same as the picture, all windows can be let Down from the driver but not let up, when I asked about the papers tag expiring May 22, I asked about getting a new one to extend, I was told to come into the office to get a new one (I extended before I came) (I live 1hr or more away) I drove to the office just to be told, I couldn’t get a new tag because it was too late. No one offered a discount or anything for the unnecessary HOUR drive THEY told me to make . Kia logo also missing from the front of the car. Other than that it drives great and the AC blows cold

Great customer service and when I had an issue they got back to me in a timely matter. They solved it fast. Did not have no issues with the car drove great and I will be renting from them again and the price is great. It was convenient and I love their service. I recommend them to family and friends check them out.
