Host was awesome from start to finish. I struggled finding the location of the vehicle but host called me immediately and stayed on the phone with me and guided me right where I needed to be. Car was super clean and full of helpful emergency items. Thankfully I never needed to use them but I was glad they were there. Very thoughtful. Will definitely book again!
