The car was great! The communication about pick up was shaky. They have 2 locations but when you choose the car it goes to a residential area. The host then makes you switch through turo which is a $27 fee. I don’t think I should have to pay a delivery fee of the car or a parking permit fee of the car. Also coming out the parking garage it was $22 out of my pocket which the host said it would be $11. Drop off location was inaccurate through turo and host brushed off like it happens to every customer. Host didn’t seem interested fixing the pick up location or drop off location.
