Please don’t make the mistake I did—avoid this host at all costs.
The Mustang had issues stalling while I was driving. I immediately notified the host, but I was told it was just a fluke.Since no engine codes were showing on the car. I continued driving it for another day, and it ended up stalling on me five more times.
At that point, I no longer felt comfortable driving the vehicle and had to find another rental car. I also had to spend a significant amount of time going back and forth with the host and Turo to get the vehicle picked up. After everything was finally resolved, I was even charged a refueling fee on top of everything else.
I spent a huge amount of time dealing with this situation and fighting to receive a partial refund. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience. If I could leave negative stars, I would.
Please learn from my experience and think twice before renting from this host or Turo.

The guest did not want to return the vehicle to the pickup parking lot and falsely claimed the vehicle had a mechanical issue, asking us to retrieve it in order to avoid an improper return penalty. After inspection, no mechanical issue was found, and a legally valid inspection report was issued. The vehicle was returned without a full tank of fuel, so the fuel fee was charged according to the rules.
Pickup was super convenient and I enjoyed having the top down too. Sophia messaged back super quickly and helped me out with a payment related issue
