Excellent service, car drove well and the host was very responsive.

Awesome car. Cleaned interior before drop off. Returned with same amount of gas as picked up. Car gave me no issues

It was fine. The window still wasn’t fixed. We needed to leave early and Turo was going to buckle and dime us to shorten our trip and change drop off locations. We had a hard time finding the vehicle since the direction were not clear. I would’ve used uber over this for how short our trip was and we didn’t use the car really.

DO NOT BOOK THIS CAR. here’s a list of reasons why
1. host showed up late
2. host did not clean the car, left a box of cigarettes, gatorade bottle, trash, and everything was sticky and somehow also dusty ?
3. the speedometer/dash lights kept going out and i could barely see when driving at night
4. no carplay so we had to use a phone for maps
5. the passenger window didn’t close all the way so when you drive there was the loudest whistle from wind

No concerns about cleanliness or mechanical issues were reported during the trip. The guest also requested complimentary airport delivery prior to the rental, which we were unable to provide since it carries a listed fee. We always encourage guests to reach out during their trip so any concerns can be resolved promptly.
