The car was in excellent condition and have nothing but positive things to say about the car and host. Kevin was amazing and unbelievably accommodating when unexpected things happen. The pick up process and host were great. I'd definitely rent again.
However, the lower than perfect rating is because the car looked and ran like a very old car (like it needed to be serviced). It got me from point A to B, so I didn't have any issues with that. I think the description can do better to show that if you're looking for a shiny and quiet car, this is not it.

It’s very sad to see this specially as the vehicle has been super reliable and always a 5 star vehicle in the platform. I would point out to any of our future guest reading this is that the vehicle is more than reliable and extremely economical both with the rates in Turo and with the gas consumption and as shown it’s clearly a 2015 vehicle and runs perfectly like it came out of the factory from ford in 2015, not from Germany in 2026. Very sad to see a comment like this one plz disregard 🙏🏽
