Host was great . Car works fine . A tire went out and he fixed it the same day . I didn’t have to call Turo. I called him and he took care of me . He really cared about my safety. I will use this host and car again .

Car needs repair work down to the windshield wipers being unusable , it’ll get you from a-b maybe even c but don’t expect much more than that.

When I got home and headed out for the day it started to rain and I saw that the windshield wipers were not working. When I mentioned this the response I received was “their new sorry things happen” -_- no offer to come fix them, no offer for a new vehicle. He set up for me to go his mechanic which I shouldn’t even have to do! But when I ask for atleast a free day cause im basically taking your car to the repair shop at this point he ignores it.
