The vehicle was very clean and looked good but it drove terribly. It would shudder when starting and then one of the days it started to skip gears or have a hard time getting into gear while driving. One of the days it was fine but then the next day it felt like it would stall the entire day.
The pickup location and directions to it were very good and easy to follow. The communication with the owner was very good and quick. Had the car driven better I would have given a much better rating.

This was an unfortunate situation that happened during your trip, as I contacted the guest who rented it before you and he didn’t notice anything. The car is already being fixed by Ford.
