The host was very friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the rental. They replied quickly to my messages, and the pickup and return process was smooth.
Unfortunately, the vehicle itself did not meet my expectations. The interior showed significant wear, including the steering wheel, seats, and headliner. The trunk lift support was broken, so the trunk would not stay open on its own. The radio settings and controls were in Spanish, which made them difficult to use. There was also a noticeable amount of wind noise while driving, almost as if a window was partially open. In addition, the air conditioner made a loud noise when turned on, and the noise became progressively louder as the fan speed increased.
Overall, I appreciated the excellent communication from the host, but I believe the vehicle could benefit from some maintenance and interior repairs to improve the rental experience.

I would also like to clarify that the radio was not set to Spanish, so that statement is incorrect. Had any concerns been brought to my attention during the trip, I would have been happy to assist. This car is very reliable, no complaints! Perfect car to get you around, we went to a multitude of different beaches and had no issues with this vehicle. Gets you where you need to go! Will be using this host again when we come back!

I rented this vehicle for a weekend trip to Florida, and unfortunately it was not the experience I expected based on the listing.
I understand this is an older Fiat, so I wasn’t expecting a brand-new car. However, the condition of the vehicle did not match the photos. The interior was much rougher than advertised, with ripped leather seats, a very dirty steering wheel that I felt the need to disinfect myself, and an overall stained and worn appearance.
Mechanically, the car raised several concerns. It shook heavily while idling—enough that the mirrors visibly vibrated—and continued to shake while driving at higher speeds. The headlights were extremely dim, making nighttime driving difficult even with the high beams on. The car also developed a strong burning oil smell after about 10 minutes of driving.
There were warning lights illuminated when I picked up the vehicle, and another warning light related to the anti-theft system appeared before I returned it, leaving me unsure whether the car would restart. The charging port in the glove compartment didn’t work, and the rear hatch wouldn’t stay open, nearly hitting me in the head while loading luggage.
We rented it for the convertible and that it just looked cute and fun. We were too afraid to even attempt to put the top down.
While the car got us where we needed to go, I honestly felt like the listing photos did not accurately represent the vehicle’s current condition. I believe future renters deserve updated photos and a more accurate description so they know what to expect.
